What sets us apart from most gyms is our team. We are lucky to have a group of experienced and friendly personal trainers who are passionate about their clients. They provide personalised guidance, motivation and support to make every session effective and, most importantly, enjoyable!

I began gymnastics at the age of 4 and reached county level by 11, but it wasn’t until my 20s that I truly found my passion for fitness. Exercise became a powerful boost for my mood, confidence, and mental well-being, which inspired me to fully commit to training. This journey led me to embrace CrossFit, run a half marathon, learn to ski, compete in CrossFit events, and even rank within the top 5% worldwide in the CrossFit Open.


My love for personal training comes from a desire to help others experience the same benefits. Whether it’s reaching new goals, pushing past personal limits, building confidence, or finding support in tough times, I am committed to guiding you on your journey!

I didn’t always have a passion for fitness—in fact, it wasn’t until university that I started exploring it seriously. I bounced between different programs, never quite finding something that stuck. Looking back, I think a big part of that was trying to do it all on my own.

That changed when I started CrossFit. From day one, I felt something different. The incredible coaching, the supportive community, and the constant variety pushed me in ways I hadn’t experienced before. I was hooked—and for the first time, fitness felt fun, sustainable, and empowering.

That experience didn’t just change how I trained—it changed my whole outlook. It inspired me to become a personal trainer so I could help others discover what I did: that fitness can be life-changing. Now, I'm passionate about creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and excited to show up for themselves—no matter where they’re starting from. I believe fitness has the power to transform not just bodies, but lives.

With a background as a former England gymnast and competitive CrossFitter, along with a degree in Sports Strength and Conditioning, I’m deeply passionate about my work. I believe exercise holds the key to a healthier, longer life by keeping you fit, strong, and mobile. I love to keep my clients' sessions interesting with constant variety and by ensuring they have endless opportunities for growth. They fall in love with the journey, and before they know it, the results keep coming!

As a committed personal trainer and passionate fitness advocate, I understand the unique goals and challenges faced by individuals over 35 who want to sustain vitality and strength throughout life. I focus on functional fitness that not only keeps you fit but also supports long-term health, mobility, and overall well-being.


With a decade of experience as a CrossFit athlete and a love for the sport’s community and competition, I’m an active sports enthusiast. I enjoy skiing, running, swimming, and hiking, maintaining an active lifestyle with my family. I believe age should never stand in the way of reaching peak performance. My training philosophy, centered on preparing for life, aims to empower others to remain strong, healthy, and active as they age.


My approach emphasises sustainable fitness, guiding those aged 35 and over to achieve their personal best. I am dedicated to helping clients stay active and resilient for the long term, building both strength and confidence to fully enjoy life.

My passion for health and fitness began with football, after years of playing I turned to the gym, with the hopes of improving my performance on the pitch… before I knew it I was hooked. Training and lifting became such a passion of mine that I turned it into a career!


After years of investment into my knowledge, I help everyone from athletes to busy professionals get in top shape and excel in their chosen sports. The most rewarding part of my job is watching people grow, both in and out of the gym.


I hold a degree in Strength and Conditioning with Rehabilitation, plus additional qualifications that enable me to coach at a high level and transform people’s lives.
