Health and fitness talks for businesses and groups.

The health and fitness of your staff should be your top priority. It will increase productivity by getting the maximum capacity out of your staff, as a bonus your staff will feel healthier, fitter, loyal and happier.

The number one benefits of health and fitness in an individual, is increased energy levels. Exercise, eating healthily and at the right times and being able to fully relax between high energy demands will allow the individual to become more energetic in their working environment. This will increase the feeling of happiness, confidence and motivation.

Structure

30 min presentation consisting of group talks on health, fitness and lifestyle. 45 min individual slots throughout the day, covering:

  • Fitness and exercise
  • Goal setting, exercise and action planning
  • Nutrition - energy levels, health, weight management
  • Posture advice - correct sitting and lifting
  • Injury advice - helping to understand and remove any aches and pains
  • Stress and relaxation - benefits on energy levels

Each individual will receive a tailored health plan to suit them, including food diaries, exercise diaries and E-mail support.
